• Download OJS from https://pkp.sfu.ca/ojs/ojs_download/
• php and PostgreSQL (or mysql) must be installed first.
• Extract the zip file to service/ojs-3.3.0-19.
• Followed the directions here https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/admin-guide/en/getting-started
• Make sure to Run cmd As Admin
• In the installer, gotta give username and password for the postgreSQL. Hostname is localhost.
• OAI settings. Unique ID ojs1
